The deliveries of the Ultraviolette F77 electric bikes have begun, more than three months after the
bike’s official launch. Deliveries are currently being made directly from Ultraviolette's Bengaluru
manufacturing facility, with the brand’s first dealership set to open in March. After the phase 1
(Bengaluru) deliveries, Ultraviolette will commence deliveries in Chennai, Mumbai, Pune and Cochin
in the second quarter of 2023.
What unique with Ultraviolette F77?
The F77 flaunts a massive 29kW motor, with a top speed of 140kmph in the base variant itself. The
307km range (top-spec variant) is highest among electric two-wheelers in India. So what it offers is
an electric motorcycle that you can commute on, take to the race track and even maybe take touring,
and that is a first in the Indian electric two-wheeler segment.
What is the Ultraviolette F77 price?
The price of Ultraviolette F77 electric bike is priced between Rs 3.80 lakh and Rs 4.55 lakh (both
prices, ex-showroom, Delhi), putting it in a class of its own in the electric two-wheeler market. That
slots it between the KTM RC 390 and the Kawasaki Ninja 400, two of its direct ICE rivals.
What’s next for the Ultraviolette?
The next step for the electric mobility brand is setting up dealerships across India. It has, since its
inception, already raised over 55 million USD in funding from multiple global companies. The brand
now plans to raise 120 million USD in a fresh round of investment, in an efforts to set dealerships all
across India and expand its global footprint.
