EV Startup mXmoto Launches mX9 Electric Bike At Rs 1.46 Lakh, Offers Range Up To 140 Km

EV startup mXmoto, which happens to be Komaki’s sister brand, marks its entry into the automotive industry with its mX9 model, with a starting price of INR 1.46 lakh.
- Riding range varies between 110 Km and 140 Km. From a single charge, takes 3 hours to charge from 0 to 90%.
- The 4000-watt BLDC hub motor delivers 140 Nm of peak torque at 580 rpm.
- Boasts a conversion efficiency of 98%, a top speed of 80 Kmph
At INR 1.46 lakhs, the ex-showroom price looks justified, considering the features and specifications. As per the manufacturers, a single charge consumes 1.5 units of power while delivering a range of up to 140 Km. The vehicle has a 3.2 kWh LIPO4 battery pack, besides the brake regeneration feature that recharges the battery pack when you let go of the throttle.

In the front, upside-down forms perform the suspension duties, while the EV comes with an adjustable monoshock at its rear. Both the front and the rear come integrated with disc brakes.
Other features of the mX9 include LED turn indicators, a USB port for charging, Bluetooth connectivity, a TFT screen with navigation, park assist, cruise control, and reverse assist.
The motorcycle has 17-inch wheels, and some of the other features include a 60 AMP controller, and energy-saving features. These features combine to enhance the output of the electric bike by 16%.
