Ampere has unfurled its latest offering, the Nexus electric scooter, onto the Indian market, beckoning enthusiasts with an enticing introductory price tag of Rs 1,09,900 (ex-showroom Delhi, inclusive of EMPS - the Electric Mobility Promotional Scheme 2024).

Under its sleek exterior, the Ampere Nexus conceals a swingarm-mounted electric motor capable of delivering a robust 4kW of peak power, propelling riders to a claimed top speed of 93kmph. Fueling its journey is an IP67-rated 3kWh battery pack, offering a certified range of 136km, with a swift 0 to 100 percent charging time of 3.3 hours. Notably, the Nexus boasts a thoughtful design, featuring front air intake and rear exhaust vents to ensure optimal airflow, thus safeguarding its internal components.
Accentuating its allure, the Ampere Nexus sports distinctive LED headlights and taillights, with Ampere proudly proclaiming the former as the brightest among its contemporaries. The EX variant boasts a 6.2-inch LCD instrument console with basic smartphone connectivity, while the top-tier ST variant elevates the experience with a 7-inch TFT touchscreen display, boasting Bluetooth, WiFi connectivity, and navigation prowess.
