Harley-Davidson Sells 1,000 Units of X440 In India In Two Days, Bookings Re-open

The deliveries of Harley-Davidson X440 began on October 15th, 2023 – almost three months after its official launch in India.
- Harley-Davidson collected over 25,000 bookings of X440 in two months since launch.
- The X440 is currently the only locally manufactured Harley-Davidson motorcycle in India.
- The new X440 is offered in three variants – Denim, Vivid, and S, which are priced between Rs 2.40 lakh to Rs 2.80 lakh.
After amassing more than 25,000 bookings in two months since its launch in July 2023, the deliveries of Harley-Davidson X440 have begun in the country. Hero MotoCorp, which is currently handling the operations of Harley-Davidson in India, has delivered around 1,000 units of X440 in India since the deliveries of the bikes began on October 15, 2023.
Harley-Davidson X440competes with other neo-retro roadsters like the Triumph Speed 400, Triumph Scrambler 400 X, Jawa 42-2.1, Royal Enfield Classic 350, and others.

The Harley-Davidson X440 is available across all the authorized dealer outlets of Harley-Davidson and selective dealerships of Hero MotoCorp across the country. The H-D X440 was launched in July 2023 at an introductory price of Rs 2.29 lakh.
However, Harley-Davidson hiked the prices of the motorcycle by Rs 10,500 across its variant line-up. With the current prices ranging between Rs 2.40 lakh to Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom, India), it has re-opened the bookings of the motorcycle at these revised prices.
Co-developed by Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson, the new X440 is now the only Harley-Davidson motorcycle locally manufactured in India – at Hero MotoCorp’s production facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
