This year’s event promises to be the largest yet, featuring participation from 34 manufacturers and over 1,500 exhibitors. As the world’s largest two-wheeler market, all eyes are on the two-wheeler segment, especially with a focus on electric, flex-fuel, and CNG-powered vehicles aimed at increasing range, cost efficiency, and promoting a greener future.

The Grand Maha Kumbh of Vehicles and Mobility kicks off across Delhi's Pragati Maidan, Yashobhoomi Dwarka, and Noida, captivating every bike and two-wheeler enthusiast with an unmatched lineup of launches, ranging from high-performance power machines to eco-friendly innovations, redefining the future of mobility.

India’s Vision: The Seven Cs of Mobility Solutions

India’s mobility growth strategy is anchored in the government’s “Seven Cs for Mobility Solutions” framework. These guiding principles—Common, Connected, Convenient, Congestion-free, Charged, Clean, and Cutting-edge—represent a comprehensive approach to drive sustainable and inclusive mobility. Highlights of Two-Wheeler Launches at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025

Hero MotoCorp: Dominating the Spotlight

Hero MotoCorp unveiled four new two-wheelers, marking a significant entry into the premium and performance segments:

  • Xtreme 250R: Hero MotoCorp stole the show with the highly anticipated launch of the Hero Xtreme 250R, marking the brand’s bold entry into the premium 250cc segment
  • Xpulse 210: An adventure bike designed for versatility across terrains, catering to the growing demand for dual-purpose motorcycles.
  • Xoom 125 and Xoom 160: These scooters blend aggressive styling with powerful performance, aiming to attract urban riders seeking both aesthetics and efficiency.Hero Xoom 160, a sporty and aggressive scooter designed to attract young riders with its edgy design and powerful engine.

Suzuki: Going Green and Versatile

Suzuki showcased its commitment to sustainable mobility with:

  • e-Access Electric Scooter: Powered by a 3.07 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, the e-Access offers a range of 95 km and a top speed of 71 km/h. It features two charging options: a portable charger that fully charges the battery in approximately 6 hours and 42 minutes, and a fast charger that completes the charge in about 2 hours and 12 minutes.

Alongside this, Suzuki showcased the Access 125 Petrol, reinforcing its position as one of India’s best-selling scooters

  • GIXXER SF 250 Flex Fuel: A sports bike equipped with a 250cc BS VI compliant engine capable of operating on ethanol-blended gasoline with up to 85% ethanol content. This model represents Suzuki's initiative towards a carbon-neutral society in India.

TVS Motor Company: Pioneering CNG Mobility

TVS introduced innovative concepts reflecting the future of two-wheeler mobility:

  • Vision iQube Concept: An electric scooter concept emphasizing advanced technology and sustainable design.
  • Jupiter CNG Concept: As the world's first CNG-powered scooter, the Jupiter CNG variant offers an alternative fuel option, aligning with eco-friendly transportation solutions. This CNG bikes can be a great competitor for Baja Freedom CNG and can make the CNG fuel two wheeler segment Permanently and break the dominance of the Bajaj Freedom in the CNG Segment.

Ola Electric: Expanding the Roadster Series

  • The Ola Roadster X comes with a starting price of Rs 74,999, the Roadster is available from Rs 1,04,999 (ex-showroom) and the prices for the Roadster Pro starts at Rs 1,99,999 (all prices ex-showroom).The Roadster X is the most affordable Ola bike. It is equipped with an 11kW electric motor. The electric bike claims to accelerate from 0 to 40kmph in just 2.8 seconds along with a top speed of 124kmph (claimed). It is available with three different battery capacities, including a 2.5kWh, a 3.5kWh and a 4.5kWh battery packs.
  • Ola S1 Z: Featuring a swappable battery pack, the S1 Z is available in two variants, emphasizing convenience and extended range for urban commuters.

BMW Motorrad: Showcasing Power and Precision

BMW showcased its prowess in the premium segment with the launch of the BMW G 310 RR, a high-performance bike designed for enthusiasts. This new model underscores BMW’s focus on blending power, style, and advanced technology for the Indian market.

BMW reinforced its presence in the premium motorcycle segment with:

  • S 1000 RR: Launched at a starting price of ₹21.10 lakh (ex-showroom), this superbike is powered by a 999cc inline-four-cylinder engine, delivering 210 hp. It incorporates design revisions aimed at enhancing performance and will be available in India as a completely built-up unit, with deliveries commencing in April 2025.
  • F450 GS Concept: An adventure bike concept powered by a newly developed 450cc engine, featuring advanced rider aids, lightweight materials, and a robust chassis designed for agility across various conditions. This model is set to be manufactured locally in collaboration with TVS.

Ampere Vehicles

Ampere unveiled its first electric motorcycle:

  • Xyber Concept Bike: Boasting a real-world range of 200 km on a single charge and a top speed of 100 km/h, the Xyber features distinctive 'Artic Tem' wings-inspired Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) and tail-light, contributing to its futuristic design.

Yamaha: A Blend of Tradition and Innovation

Yamaha celebrated 40 years of its iconic RX 100 and RD 350 models, showcasing these classics alongside the futuristic Y/AI Concept Bike. Other models, including the Yamaha MT-15, R15, and adventure bikes like the Tenere 7000, highlighted Yamaha’s diverse offerings for both urban and adventurous riders.
